On the other hand, we do not sell coffee beans, espresso machines, or bulk brewers. We do not own restaurants, bistros, or coffeehouses to compete with yours. Instead, I work as an unbiased consultant providing guidance and training to the hospitality industry.
Working with your team we will develop and fine tune the skills necessary for preparing superior quality coffees, including espresso based, gravity, and immersion brews. We can provide specialty beverage recipes or work with you to create your own proprietary menu.

Restaurant consulting services are performed onsite, offsite, by email, and over the phone. Projects may range from simple one-time vendor introductions or efficiency coaching, to ongoing long-term performance monitoring, barista training and support, planning assistance, and more.
